What happens if my equipment breaks?
Under the Solar Plan, equipment inspections and unlimited repairs are included for the lifetime of the plan. If your panels, inverter, or battery fail and can't be repaired, we will install replacements at no extra cost.
Does the application affect my credit score?
No. Hometree Finance's secure application takes two minutes and uses a 'soft search' that won't impact your credit score. There is no obligation to proceed if you are approved.
Can I cancel my plan early?
Yes. You can end your plan at any time by paying the lump sum outlined in your agreement. There are no 'quibbles' or early repayment fees.
Who performs the installation?
We partner with highly skilled, MCS-certified engineers like Thermohome. You benefit from their local expertise combined with Hometree's continuous financial and maintenance support.
